Privacy:  I do not collect or keep any of your financial information. Creating an account keeps you and I safer from scams.  I will use your Email  to send you promotional  Sales or Events, new wool or product alerts, or emails or information regarding an order.  

SHIPPING:    If you are local, you may pick up your order, or have it delivered to the East Greenbush Library on hooking days.

If you want an EXACT shipping amount, You will have to chose "Pay Via Invoice", I will then assemble your order, weigh and let you know shipping costs and you can pay through an emailed invoice.  

Last Option is to Pay for your order right away, through the Cart and pay the Shipping it suggests.   

Returns/Exchanges:  I cannot accept returns or exchanges but will work with you if for any reason you are not happy with your order. Please contact me right away with any issues.
